COMMERCIAL EXCELLENCE MANAGER
This position is based in our Rio de Janeiro, Brazil office and follows a hybrid work model.
Purpose of the Role:
Responsible for generating new business opportunities for Fresenius in Brazil, in order to monitor and prospect new products/services, in addition to ensuring commercial efficiency through the implementation of new tools, processes and a culture of continuous improvement aimed at achieving strategic goals and sustainable business growth in the country.
Responsible for the Commercial Excellence local team, working directly in the processes related to: Business Intelligence, CRM / Sales Effectiveness, Customer Service, Tenders & Contract Management and Strategic Projects.
Main Responsibilities:
Management of CRM process, ensuring the perfect implementation, standardization and promoting the exchange of best practices. Coordinate the process/tools implementation in the country to generate primary market data aiming to increase efficiency of commercial and marketing activities, working closely with local commercial managers, marketing team and promotion & training team.
Directly responsible for managing locally the Regional processes: MCS, MKIS, LRPD, LRPP and Market Segmentation.
Manage the CE S&OP process: work closely with Commercial Operation, Vertical and Supply to project and consolidate the product demand for the Country. Focal point for supply and logistics department in order to coordinate the process aiming constant alignment between demand and planned inventory to guarantee the supply of products in the lowest level of inventory possible.
Manage the perfect implementation and standardization of contract management and tender process in the country. Ensuring the quality, standardization, and efficiency of the processes of prices data entry, payment terms and contracts into the SAP system, according to regional and local policies, ensuring compliance with IPACE controls. Promoting the exchange of best practices in the processes of prince increase.
Responsible for the Business Intelligence process. Work closely with Commercial managers, Vertical managers, Supply, and Finance departments to implement a business review process based in KPIs (Power BI). Focal point for finance to support forecast review, cost, and expense control process within CE responsibility.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or Marketing or similar area.
Postgraduate/MBA
5-8 years’ experience in Med Tech or Pharma business in Commercial support, Business Intelligence or Marketing positions.
Stakeholder Expectation Management: Works at an advanced level to identify potential stakeholders, analyze their expectations, and develop strategies for managing stakeholders and their expectations
Knowledge in Business Intelligence, CRM, Finance, project/program management (desirable)
Advanced English and Spanish
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Strong knowledge in data processing and visualization tools (Power BI and SQL)
