Stealth Manager is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our growing team! This is a fully remote position with a PJ (Pessoa Jurídica) contract model.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:45 AM to 7:00 PM (BRT)
Fluent English is required
Main responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential prospects through re-engagement automation tools for CRM.
- Effectively respond to inbound messages through platforms like LinkedIn, and Meta, maintaining professional and persuasive communication to advance the sales cycle.
- Schedule and coordinate effective calls with prospects to generate qualified sales opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to generate qualified leads and support the sales cycle.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and communication with prospects using our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Participate in team meetings and provide feedback to continually improve lead generation and sales strategies.
- Stay updated on market trends and best practices in sales and marketing to maximize success in the role.
The Ideal Candidate Should Have:
- Previous experience in a similar role as a Sales Development
- Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR).
- Demonstrated experience in working with marketing agencies or in the marketing sector.
- Ability to effectively respond to inbound messages through platforms like LinkedIn, Meta, and internal communication tools.
- Ability to schedule and coordinate effective calls with prospects.
- Proficiency in the English language, with fluent writing and advanced conversation skills.
- Familiarity or previous experience with outreach automation tools
