What You'll Do
- Design user-centered experiences from concept to execution.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, visual designs, style guides, and design systems.
- Conduct research and translate user, client, and business needs into effective UX strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the entire product lifecycle.
- Present and communicate design decisions to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the evolution of design processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Help shape product vision and ensure a consistent user experience across projects.
- Continuously improve designs through feedback, testing, and iteration.
RequirementsRequired Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, or related fields.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design work.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Proficiency with Figma or similar design and prototyping tools.
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies and UX strategy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain design decisions and advocate for user needs.
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced and iterative environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
