The Role & Your Impact:
- Managing active customers in Baking and Beverage Industries.
- Establish and develop relationships with key decision makers at major customers and prospects.
- Identify and coordinate sales and technical projects and opportunities.
- Being the customer focal point for development of new solutions and innovation projects, providing pre and after sales advice, technical assistance and product education.
- Coordinate together with Business portfolio Unit the Industry Strategy for the regions.
- Identify new prospects and opportunities in South America region, achieving maximum and efficient coverage of the market.
- Contribute for the growth and penetration of BioSolutions into Food Industries
- Deliver to the overall annual sales budget -analyze financial results (focus on sales) against targets and make appropriate action plans. Ensure that price negotiation, including quotations, with customers are made in accordance with targets and pricing policy.
- Proximity with Supply Chain to help drive supply service to customers.
- Be part of a high -performance sales team.
- Drive sales through exceptional service, demonstrated by entrepreneurial and team spirit, persistence and collaboration.
What You'll Need to be Successful:
Managing diverse type of business and customers, including distributors, agents and/or formulators)
Good Negotiation skills for short- and long-term contracts
Experience on working in dynamic and multitask teams.
Experience on designing and executing business strategies and Account plans.
Good relationship builder, expertise in customer engagement, effective listening, with excellent communication skills to drive presentations and meetings.
Eager to seek and stablish new growth and opportunities initiatives and strong follow up skills.
Demonstrated strong business development and sales experience with proven track records.
Strong problem-solving skills and sense of initiative and proactive.
Good analytical skills and competence with Excel, Power Point, CRM or Sales Force or similar applications.
Read, write and speak fluently English and Spanish
Availability for travels.
Bachelor´s Degree in Engineering, Business or related field.
Availability for work in HYBRID model
