We are looking for a Senior SAP FI Functional Consultant to play a key role in the implementation and rollout of SAP S/4HANA across our organization's financial processes. In this position, you will work closely with business areas to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality functional outcomes aligned with SAP best practices. You will be involved throughout the entire project lifecycle — from design and configuration to testing, go-live, and post-implementation support.
Responsibilities

Support the implementation and rollout of SAP S/4HANA within the organization's financial processes

Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops and conduct requirements gathering with business stakeholders

Prepare and validate functional documentation, including Business Process Design (BPD), functional specifications, and other project deliverables

Configure and customize SAP FI modules according to business requirements

Contribute to the definition of the functional architecture and integration with other SAP modules, such as CO, MM, SD, PS, and TRM

Lead unit, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and provide support throughout validation cycles

Plan and execute data migration activities, including validations and cutover tasks

Provide support during the Hypercare and post-go-live stabilization phases

Identify functional risks, dependencies, and impacts, proposing solutions aligned with SAP best practices

Assist project management with effort estimation, timeline definition, and delivery tracking

Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer for key users and support teams
Requirements

3+ years of experience as an SAP FI Functional Consultant, ideally in a senior capacity

Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation and rollout projects

Strong knowledge of SAP FI configuration and customization
-
Experience leading Fit-to-Standard workshops and gathering business requirements

Solid understanding of SAP FI integration with other modules (CO, MM, SD, PS, TRM)

Experience with testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT) and cutover activities
-
Familiarity with the SAP Activate methodology

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to propose solutions based on SAP best practices

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with business and technical teams

Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher
