About the Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Lead / Principal SAP Basis Consultant to provide technical leadership across complex SAP landscapes, driving platform governance, administration, modernization initiatives, and cloud transformation programs in global environments.
This role is ideal for experienced SAP Basis professionals who have served as technical leaders and are passionate about ensuring the performance, security, scalability, and reliability of mission-critical SAP environments.
This is a fully remote opportunity open to professionals located anywhere in the world.
Key Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership for the SAP Basis discipline.

Administer and support complex and business-critical SAP environments.

Lead SAP upgrades, migrations, and cloud transformation initiatives.

Ensure the availability, performance, security, and stability of SAP landscapes.

Collaborate closely with infrastructure, architecture, and application teams.

Support cloud adoption and modernization strategies.
-
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive continuous platform improvements.
Required Qualifications
-
Strong experience with SAP Basis administration.
-
Previous experience acting as a Lead Consultant, Technical Lead, or SAP Basis Subject Matter Expert.

Solid knowledge of SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP NetWeaver administration.

Experience with Public Cloud operations and migrations (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Hands-on experience with SAP HANA Database Administration.

Strong expertise in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production environment management.

Fluent English with the ability to interact daily with global stakeholders and international teams.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Experience with SAP RISE.

SAP Basis and/or Cloud certifications.

Knowledge of automation and DevOps practices for SAP environments.

Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP).
