About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior SAP Finance SME to join a global AMS and transformation team supporting one of the world's leading enterprise technology organizations.
This role will focus on supporting and optimizing SAP Finance and Controlling processes while contributing to large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives, global rollouts, and continuous improvement programs.
The ideal candidate combines deep SAP FI/CO expertise with strong business acumen and the ability to partner with finance stakeholders in complex multinational environments.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP FI/CO solutions.

Support and optimize Finance and Controlling processes across multiple business units and geographies.

Configure and maintain SAP FI and CO processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting, and Profitability Analysis.

Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and transformation programs.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.

Execute functional testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Develop and maintain functional specifications, user documentation, and support procedures.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, SD, TM, CPE, and ABAP.

Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and validation of enhancements, user exits, BAdIs, and custom developments.

Drive process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications

8+ years of SAP FI/CO experience.

Strong background supporting AMS environments, rollouts, and full lifecycle SAP implementations.

Deep expertise across:FI-GL (General Ledger)Accounts Payable (AP)Accounts Receivable (AR)Asset Accounting (AA)Cost Center Accounting (CO-CCA)Internal Orders (CO-OPA)Profit Center Accounting (PCA)Profitability Analysis (COPA)

Strong integration experience across FI-MM, FI-SD, and FI-TM processes.

Advanced English communication skills.

Experience supporting global stakeholders and distributed teams.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Experience with SAP Fiori applications for Finance.

Knowledge of CDS Views and SAP reporting technologies.

Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology.

Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Basic understanding of ABAP debugging and technical troubleshooting.

Experience supporting large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
