What you will do:
- Collaborate with the Product Owner on roadmap planning, requirement definition, and estimates;
- Lead internal technical teams and external vendors to ensure timely and efficient delivery of scalable solutions;
- Manage deployment cycles, versioning, and release processes;
- Mitigate risks and remove delivery bottlenecks;
- Coordinate cross-team collaboration and align efforts with stakeholders;
- Implement agile practices, code reviews, and automated testing processes;
- Deliver detailed progress reports to both technical teams and C-level stakeholders;
- Contribute to technology governance and align with the overall EACoE strategy.
What we are looking for:
- Fluent English, with strong communication skills across technical and executive audiences;
- Solid experience in technical leadership and software delivery management;
- Ability to operate in complex environments with multiple projects and distributed teams;
- Hands-on knowledge of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and engineering best practices (code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD);
- Experience coordinating vendors and aligning deliveries with cross-functional teams;
- Analytical mindset with a focus on results, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement;
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and team engagement skills.
Nice to have:
- Experience in the agribusiness sector;
- Experience working with multicultural and globally distributed teams.
