Key Responsibilities
1. KOL & Influencer Scouting: Identify, map, and vet Brazilian content creators (from macro to micro) whose audience, engagement metrics, and values perfectly align with our brand.
2. End-to-End Campaign Management: Manage the entire partnership lifecycle: initial outreach, briefing, content review, contract execution, legal compliance (local regulations), and payout processing.
3. Commercial Negotiation: Masterfully negotiate rates, usage rights, and performance-based deliverables to secure the best possible commercial conditions for the company.
4. Performance & ROI Tracking: Treat every creator activation as a performance campaign. Track unique links, promo codes, CPA, CVR, and ROAS generated by partners, delivering weekly data reports.
5. Relationship Management: Nurture long-term relationships with key creators and talent agencies, turning them into sustainable advocates for our brand.
Required Qualifications
· Experience: 3+ years of full-time experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Partnerships, PR, or Business Development within a digital marketing framework.
· Proven Track Record: Experience managing and negotiating directly with talent agencies or independent creators in Brazil, with a strong portfolio of successful influencer-led campaigns.
· Skills & Mindset: Highly commercial, analytical, and numbers-driven. Excellent communication and persuasive negotiation skills. You understand that influencer marketing is about conversion and reach, not just "likes".
· Language: Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken) to report metrics and discuss budget allocations with global teams.
· Work style: Full-time, on-site at our Morumbi office.
