We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong front-end expertise to help us build engaging, accessible, and scalable digital experiences. You'll work alongside product managers, designers, architects, and fellow engineers to create modern web applications that directly impact how learners discover, engage with, and demonstrate knowledge.
This is more than building screens—it's an opportunity to influence product direction, drive technical decisions, and help define the future of educational technology.
- Design and build modern, responsive user experiences using React and contemporary front-end development practices.
- Create intuitive, accessible, and high-performing interfaces that delight learners and customers.
- Collaborate closely with Product, UX, and Engineering teams to transform ideas into impactful features.
- Own features from concept through deployment, taking a full lifecycle approach to development.
- Lead technical discussions and contribute to front-end architecture and design decisions.
- Mentor engineers and help elevate engineering standards across the team.
- Champion code quality through testing, code reviews, and continuous improvement.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and software quality.
- Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and contribute to a highly collaborative engineering culture.
- Strong experience building modern web applications with React , JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and solving customer problems through thoughtful design and engineering.
- Experience designing scalable, maintainable front-end architectures.
- Ability to translate business requirements and user needs into elegant technical solutions.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to technical leadership within a team.
- Comfort working in Agile environments and partnering closely with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with modern engineering tools and practices such as GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and cloud-based architectures.
- Familiarity with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, MongoDB, MySQL, and DevOps practices is a plus.
- Comfortable using AI-powered engineering tools as part of your daily workflow.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, as you'll be collaborating with an international team.
- Build products that have a meaningful impact on learners worldwide.
