We are seeking an experienced Master Hydrotechnical Engineer to lead and deliver complex water resources engineering projects. This role combines strong technical leadership with project execution, team management, and client engagement across multidisciplinary projects in hydrology, hydraulics, and hydrogeology.
The Master Hydrotechnical Engineer operates with a high level of technical autonomy, acting as a technical authority in water resources projects, guiding teams, ensuring quality delivery, and contributing strategically to business objectives and long‑term growth.
This position works closely with the Country Manager, engineering teams, and multidisciplinary specialists across regional offices.
In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of technical leadership, coordination, and project execution activities across water resources engineering projects, including:
Lead and plan field investigation campaigns, defining scope, resources, and methodologies.
Act as Technical Lead for hydrological, hydraulic, and hydrogeological studies and designs.
Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams across all project stages.
Ensure quality, consistency, and on-time delivery of technical outputs.
Oversee project resources, risks, and field activities, ensuring safe execution.
Develop and review technical reports, studies, and engineering deliverables.
Apply advanced hydrological and hydraulic modeling to support design decisions.
Identify technical challenges and deliver practical, innovative solutions.
Support technical proposals and client interactions throughout the project lifecycle.
Supervise team performance, workload, and project progress.
Ensure compliance with the Integrated Management System.
Participate in site visits, inspections, and implementation support.
Hydrological and hydraulic modeling using HEC‑RAS, HEC‑HMS, RiverFlow 2D, QGIS.
Engineering support and design interpretation using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
Development of water management solutions, including drainage systems and hydraulic structures.
Integration with multidisciplinary teams (geotechnical, environmental, GIS/CAD).
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Postgraduate studies in Hydraulics, Hydrology, Water Resources, or related fields (preferred).
15+ years of experience in hydrotechnical or water resources engineering.
Strong expertise in hydrological and hydraulic modeling.
Experience in multidisciplinary project environments.
Knowledge of IMS (quality, safety, environment) standards.
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
Spanish is an asset.
