In this role, the person will act in the monitoring, detection, analysis, and response to cyber threats within the connected vehicle ecosystem, working closely with corporate SOC teams, vehicle engineering areas, and external partners, contributing to the continuous evolution of product security operations and capabilities.
Main activities:
- Perform real-time threat hunting, analysis, and response across connected vehicle networks and infrastructure;
- Identify, analyze, and escalate cybersecurity incidents, coordinating incident response activities;
- Develop and maintain threat intelligence feeds, indicators of compromise, and threat profiles;
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration tests on connected vehicle systems and components;
- Provide security guidance and recommendations to vehicle engineering teams and external partners;
- Prepare and present security reports and dashboards for management and key stakeholders;
- Research emerging cybersecurity trends, technologies, and best practices within the automotive industry and apply them to strengthen security posture;
- Support the evolution of Product SOC processes, tools, and data- and AI-driven security operations.
