As a Senior Software Engineer - Microsoft Dynamics 365 working on the John Deere Dealer Business System program, based in Indaiatuba/SP, you will have a unique opportunity to work on a large-scale global application. This role also offers the opportunity to help build and shape a new team in Brazil, contributing to the development of technical solutions and best practices while collaborating closely with global stakeholders. We are looking for a strong technical professional with a proactive mindset and solid problem-solving skills, motivated to contribute and grow within a collaborative environment.
- Convert business requirements into high-quality solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Experience modules (Sales Hub or Field Service)

Hands-on development with a dedicated agile delivery team focused on the design, development, and delivery of solutions

Develop integrations between systems and APIs to support business needs

Communicate with relevant stakeholders to demonstrate, refine, and continuously improve our products

Collaborate with other software engineers on the team

Contribute to technical design and solution discussions
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 development (Customer Engagement modules)

Experience with C#/.NET

Strong understanding of software architecture patterns (e.g., layered architecture, event-driven systems, domain-driven design)

JavaScript (ES6) or NodeJs

Experience with relational databases and system integrations

Experience with Git and GitHub

Intermediate to advanced English

Bachelor's Degree in related fields
- Experience with Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales Hub, Field Service, or Customer Service)
