A leading global telecommunications company is looking for a Connectivity & Lead Network Engineer to drive advanced Network Planning & Optimization initiatives across cutting-edge mobile technologies.

Technical Leadership & Network Optimization

Lead planning and optimization activities for 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G networks

Drive Drive Test analysis, E2E log analysis, and optimization initiatives using tools such as TEMS Discovery
-
Define and oversee initial tuning, single-site optimization, and cluster optimization strategies
-
Lead initiatives focused on achieving and maintaining target KPIs
-
Manage KPI monitoring frameworks, reporting methodologies, and performance analysis standards
-
Coordinate network benchmarking and continuous improvement programs
RAN & End-to-End Solutions
-
Lead implementation of RAN, Core, ORAN, and E2E solutions
-
Validate technical and functional performance of deployed telecom solutions
-
Act as the escalation point for complex deployment, integration, and performance issues
-
Support customers during stabilization and early-life operation phases
-
Ensure smooth transition to operations teams after deployment
Performance & Analytics
-
Lead monitoring strategies for network quality and performance
-
Analyze RAN, Core, and E2E KPIs
-
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for critical network issues
-
Define corrective action and optimization strategies
-
Promote automation, data analytics, and BI-driven decision-making
Leadership & Collaboration
-
Mentor engineers and promote technical knowledge sharing

Coordinate cross-functional teams including:

Optimization / NPO
-
Care teams
-
Customer Operations
-
Lead workshops, governance meetings, technical discussions, and customer engagements

Interface directly with Product and Engineering teams

Degree in Telecommunications Engineering or related field

Strong knowledge of RF fundamentals and communications theory
