Responsável por analisar, monitorar e otimizar os processos de distribuição logística, garantindo eficiência operacional, controle de custos e alto nível de serviço ao cliente, por meio da gestão de indicadores de desempenho (KPIs) e controle dos processos de fretes e faturamento.

Monitorar e analisar os principais indicadores logísticos, com foco em:
- OTIF (On Time In Full) – garantir nível de serviço adequado nas entregas

Custo Logístico Total – identificar oportunidades de redução de custos
-
Frete por litro/unidade – avaliar eficiência de transporte
-
Realizar análises de frete, incluindo:
- Comparação entre tabelas de transportadoras
-
Validação de custos praticados vs. contratados
-
Identificação de oportunidades de otimização (roteirização, consolidação, modais, etc.)
-
Atuar no acompanhamento e controle dos processos de pagamento de fretes:
- Conferir faturas de transportadoras
-
Validar valores conforme contratos/tabelas vigentes
-
Garantir correta aprovação e envio para pagamento

Executar e monitorar os lançamentos de faturas nos sistemas corporativos, assegurando:
- Acuracidade das informações

Cumprimento de prazos financeiros
-
Conformidade com políticas internas
-
Apoiar no desenvolvimento de relatórios gerenciais e dashboards de desempenho logístico

Trabalhar em conjunto com áreas como Transporte, Planejamento, Financeiro e Operações para melhoria contínua dos processos

Identificar e implementar oportunidades de melhoria operacional e redução de custos logísticos

Ensino superior completo em Logística, Administração, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas
-
Experiência em operações logísticas, distribuição ou transporte
-
Vivência com gestão de fretes e indicadores logísticos

Pacote Office (principalmente Excel intermediário/avançado)
-
Conhecimento em sistemas ERP (SAP, Oracle ou similares)
-
Familiaridade com TMS (Transport Management System) será um diferencial

Conhecimento em análise de dados e construção de indicadores
