This is a 100% remote opportunity based in Brazil, working directly with a residential cleaning company in the United States.

- Previous sales experience.
- Previous experience making outbound sales calls.

Position Details
Location: Remote (Brazil)
Company: Go Cleaning Maids
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Brazil Time)
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Florida Time)
- 1-hour lunch break
Compensation:
- Starting salary: R$2,000.00/month
- Performance-based commission (to be discussed during the hiring process)

Regular performance reviews will be conducted every few months, creating opportunities for salary growth based on performance, commitment, and overall contribution to the company.
What You'll Do
As a Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for helping customers schedule residential cleaning services.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering inbound sales calls from potential customers.
- Making outbound calls to prospective clients using company-provided lead lists.
- Presenting our cleaning services professionally and confidently.
- Understanding customers' needs and recommending the most appropriate services.
- Building rapport with potential clients.
- Following up with prospects.
- Maintaining accurate notes and customer information.
- Working closely with the management team to help achieve sales goals.
All necessary sales materials, scripts, and lead lists will be provided by the company.
Recruitment Process
All stages of the hiring process will be conducted entirely in English.
Qualified candidates will participate in multiple interview stages designed to evaluate communication skills, sales ability, and overall fit for the position.
