We are looking for a Senior SEO Analyst to lead Betnacional's content growth strategy, with a focus on creating and optimizing content for blogs and editorial platforms, including articles on betting tips, match rounds, championships, and other sports-related topics.
This professional will be responsible for turning data and insights into content strategies that drive traffic, increase brand visibility, and deliver business results. We are looking for a senior-level professional with solid experience in SEO and Content Marketing, capable of analyzing performance metrics, identifying optimization opportunities, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
The role requires a data-driven mindset, leveraging leading SEO platforms and tools to support strategic decisions, monitor performance, and maximize the effectiveness of our content channels, while collaborating closely with the Content, Marketing, and Technology teams.
- Content Strategy & Editorial Planning: Plan, structure, and manage the editorial calendar, developing highly relevant content briefs based on advanced keyword research and search intent.
- Content Creation & Optimization: Create, review, or guide copywriters in producing SEO-optimized content, ensuring best practices for On-Page SEO (Title Tags, Meta Descriptions, Heading Tags, Internal Linking, etc.).
- Technical SEO Audits & Recommendations: Conduct recurring technical SEO audits (crawlability, indexability, Core Web Vitals, information architecture, etc.) and translate findings into clear documentation and actionable recommendations for the Development team.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor organic performance using web analytics tools, build dashboards, and report key metrics (Organic Sessions, CTR, Average Position, Conversion Rate) to leadership, providing actionable insights.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify content gaps and new ranking opportunities.
- Off-Page SEO & Authority Building: Support strategies to increase domain authority through high-quality backlink acquisition.
- Proven senior-level experience in SEO and Content Strategy.
- Excellent writing and editing skills in Portuguese, with a strong understanding of copywriting and audience engagement.
- Hands-on experience with leading SEO tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Ubersuggest.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console (GSC).
- Deep understanding of Technical SEO, including crawlability, JavaScript rendering, redirects, canonical tags, structured data, and indexing.
- Ability to translate complex technical SEO issues into clear, actionable tasks for Development and IT teams.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, using search volume, keyword difficulty, and conversion potential to prioritize SEO initiatives and content creation.
