ONYX Insight is expanding across Latin America and is looking for a high-impact Sales Manager to drive growth in the wind energy sector across the region.
What you'll do
- Support the execution of the commercial strategy across LATAM markets

Identify and secure new business opportunities with utilities, operators, OEMs, IPPs, and investors

Develop and manage a strong pipeline across multiple countries

Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and industry stakeholders

Represent ONYX Insight at industry events, including conferences and exhibitions, to generate leads and strengthen market presence

Prepare and present high-quality customer account management plans

Work closely with technical teams to deliver tailored, high-value solutions

Monitor market trends and position ONYX Insight as a trusted, strategic partner
What we're looking for
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial management of clients within the wind energy sector in LATAM, preferably in engineering, maintenance, or monitoring services

Strong technical knowledge (wind asset performance, monitoring, maintenance is a strong plus)

Established network across Latin American markets

Native Portuguese speaker with fluency in English and Spanish

Highly autonomous, results-driven, and commercially sharp

Experience managing complex, multi-country sales cycles

Availability and willingness to travel across the region
