We are looking for a passionate and talented UI/UX Designer to help shape the future of our products and customer experiences.
This role is focused on understanding our users deeply and transforming those insights into intuitive, elegant, and impactful product experiences. The ideal candidate combines strong research skills, design thinking, visual design sensibilities, and a natural curiosity about how people interact with technology.
You will work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and R&D teams to design experiences that help customers succeed while driving product adoption and business outcomes.
Our primary focus is on designing experiences for our SaaS IoT platform, Torizon Cloud ecosystem and related products.
- Develop a deep understanding of our target customers, their goals, workflows, motivations, and challenges.
- Conduct user interviews, usability studies, surveys, and observational research.
- Identify customer pain points, unmet needs, and opportunities for innovation.
- Build empathy for users and become an internal advocate for customer needs.
- Stay connected with customers throughout the product lifecycle to validate assumptions and gather feedback.
- Transform complex technical workflows into intuitive and user-friendly experiences.
- Create user journeys, workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Design experiences that balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to shape product strategy and roadmap decisions.
- Define and refine interaction patterns, information architecture, and navigation structures.
- Ensure consistency across products through the use of design systems and reusable components.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and R&D teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Communicate design rationale clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Participate in Agile planning, reviews, retrospectives, and product discovery activities.
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure design quality during implementation.
- Help foster a user-centered design culture across the organization.
- Advocate for usability, accessibility, and design best practices.
- Stay informed about emerging UX, UI, and product design trends.
- Continuously improve design processes, methodologies, and standards.
- Contribute to the evolution of the company's design system and design maturity.
- Raise the overall quality bar for design across the organization.
- Leverage the UX as a driver for customer adoption of Torizon, further setting us apart from the competition.

- Experience conducting user research and translating findings into actionable design recommendations.
- Proficiency with Figma and modern product design workflows.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive design concepts.
- Experience using analytics and experimentation tools to evaluate design effectiveness.
- Strong understanding of usability principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand business objectives and translate them into meaningful user experiences.
- Experience designing enterprise software, developer tools, engineering tools, or technical products.
- Experience with SaaS platforms.
- Experience with IoT, OTA update systems, edge computing, or cloud-based device management platforms.
- Experience contributing to or maintaining design systems.
- Front-end development experience, particularly with Vue.js and Quasar Framework.
- Familiarity with Storybook and component-driven design workflows.
- Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
