We are seeking an experienced Server Infrastructure Administrator to support the technology initiatives of the IT Infrastructure team at Keywords. The administrator will be responsible for follow-the-sun delivery and support of related services, managing both Windows and Linux server environments (with Linux comprising roughly 30% of the scope), providing prompt reaction on all server and cloud infrastructure incidents as 2nd line support, and cooperating with other infrastructure teams for resolution.
Main Responsibilities

Ensure that all escalated incidents are handled within SLAs.

Act as expert support for Windows and Linux server related incidents, managing daily tasks and workflows efficiently within ServiceNow (SN).

Manage problem resolution with third-party vendors and participate in Problem management processes.

Support company server infrastructure (Windows and 30% Linux) on-premise and in a Cloud.

Provide operational administration for highly available server landscapes, including storage servers and server hardware lifecycle management (specifically Dell, HP, and Synology NAS).

Support MS Active Directory, design Group Policies (GPO), and manage DHCP and DNS services.

Deliver new services according to business requirements.

Participate in and lead server infrastructure projects, ensuring that existing studios are brought to the latest infrastructure standards. Provide administration for virtualization environments (VMware and Hyper-V).

Administer, maintain, and optimize version control and CI/CD infrastructure, specifically Perforce servers, GitLab, and Jenkins, ensuring high availability for development teams.

Implement infrastructure automation and configuration management using Ansible to streamline server provisioning and routine maintenance tasks.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancements.

Create and maintain technical documentation on all system designs, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience.

Strong technical background with 4+ years' experience in Server Infrastructure administration (Windows and Linux).

Very strong technical knowledge of the Microsoft Stack, Active Directory, GPOs, DHCP, DNS, as well as virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).

Solid understanding of Linux server administration (approx. 30% of the role): Familiarity with major distributions (e.g., Ubuntu, RHEL), basic Bash or Python scripting, and command-line troubleshooting.

Hands-on experience with server hardware provisioning and out-of-band management (Dell iDRAC, HP iLO).

Strong technical knowledge of storage architectures (SAN/NAS, specifically Synology) and network storage protocols (iSCSI, NFS, SMB/CIFS).

Practical experience with Data Backup and Disaster Recovery solutions, specifically Veeam and Commvault.

Experience managing daily IT operations, incidents, and requests using ServiceNow (SN).

Hands-on experience with infrastructure automation and configuration management tools, specifically Ansible.

Experience administering and maintaining version control and CI/CD systems, with a strong focus on Perforce, GitLab, and Jenkins. Strong understanding of Infrastructure change management.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and identify/resolve complex IT infrastructure issues.

Strong decision-making skills and an understanding of gaming industry dynamics and trends, with a passion for gaming.
