The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure exceptional construction quality and execution standards throughout the project.
We are looking for a professional with a strong eye for detail, extensive experience in luxury construction, and the ability to identify and solve site-related issues before they impact quality, schedule, or project delivery.
The successful candidate will act as the guardian of design intent and construction quality, ensuring that all architectural works, finishes, and details are executed to the highest luxury hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct detailed inspections of architectural works and finishes during construction.

Verify workmanship quality against project specifications, approved materials, mock-ups, and design intent.

Ensure construction execution complies with luxury hospitality standards.

Review completed works and identify defects, inconsistencies, and non-conformities.

Assess architectural finishes based on construction tolerances and quality requirements.

Coordinate corrective actions with contractors and subcontractors.

Resolve site-related architectural and technical issues proactively.

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.

Review shop drawings, material submissions, and site documentation.

Monitor progress and support project delivery schedules.

Coordinate architectural interfaces with structural and MEP disciplines.

Prepare quality reports and communicate issues to project leadership.

Support final inspections, snagging, and handover processes.
Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.

Minimum 5 years of professional experience.

Minimum 5 years of on-site construction experience.

Proven experience during the construction phase of luxury hospitality, resort, branded residence, or high-end villa projects.

Demonstrated experience conducting quality inspections and reviewing architectural finishes.

Strong understanding of construction tolerances, detailing, and quality control procedures.

Experience coordinating contractors, subcontractors, and consultants on active construction sites.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Advanced knowledge of construction detailing and architectural execution.

Professional working proficiency in English.

Willingness to relocate to Ceará and work full-time on-site.
