The Video GTM and Specialist team sits squarely between the product teams who make our ad solutions, and the sales teams who sell it. Partnering across WW and Regional Product, GTM, Specialist, Sales and Publisher teams to help architect video advertising growth.
We are seeking a Brazil Video GTM to join our organization focused on driving the unified go-to-market strategy for advertising solutions across Amazon's Video properties in Brazil with specific coverage across Prime Video Ads, Live Sports and Streaming TV. The ideal candidate will have deep video expertise including streaming TV (STV) and ad tech, bringing innovative products and solutions to market, and partnering across teams to lead the industry in driving video solutions for customers. You'll bridge the crucial gap between market needs and product development, ensuring our advertising customers understand how our video solutions meet business objectives across Brazil.

Key job responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end GTM strategy for Amazon’s video advertising offerings in Brazil across Prime Video Ads, Live Sports, and Open Internet Video/STV
- Develop the vision for positioning, pricing, packaging and planning of Amazon’s video advertising solutions, in alignment with WW and local teams
- Maintain a firm grasp of the Brazil video advertising marketplace and competitive landscape to identify, assess and act on emerging opportunities
- Conduct quantitative analysis of demand, including opportunity sizing across traditional demand channels and emerging demand sources specific to Brazil
- Analyse and recommend trade-offs between price, volume and yield-generating strategies
- Identify and provide the right metrics to measure success, providing meaningful feedback to stakeholders through ownership of monthly organizational business reviews
- Effectively communicate the business strategy to all levels of the organization, up to and including SVPs
- Work directly with Brazil Video Sales Specialists (VSS), Large Customer Sales (LCS), Global Growth Sales (GGS) and local sales teams on enablement and demand generation strategies to achieve revenue and adoption targets
- Partner cross-functionally to develop compelling narratives around our video and ad tech advertising solutions and drive sales enablement and demand generation strategies
- Aggregate Brazil Voice of Customer (VOC) and partner with WW GTM to drive video solutions for customers and revenue growth across Amazon’s video properties
- Drive growth of Prime Video Ads, Live Sports and Open Internet Video offerings, including business management in support of Video org goals around revenue, product adoption and advertiser maturity advancement
- Produce stack-ranked Brazil sales priorities to influence product requirements, roadmap decisions and trade-offs
- Partner cross-functionally to develop and deliver sales enablement content, tools and training tailored to the Brazil marketplace and sales team needs

- Works alongside the Video Sales Specialist team to connect global GTM and Product teams to local sales teams and advertising customers
- Connects with WW Product and GTM teams to translate global roadmap updates into Brazil-specific go-to-market actions
- Reviews pipeline and demand signals with VSS and local sales teams
- Develops and iterates on positioning narratives, pitch decks, and enablement assets
- Analyses market data and competitive intelligence to inform pricing and packaging decisions
- Leads or participates in monthly business reviews, presenting performance metrics and strategic recommendations
