A global technology organization is seeking an experienced Connectivity & Network Engineer Master to lead the development of next-generation 5G Radio Access Network (RAN) solutions.

Design, develop, and maintain advanced 5G NR protocol software.

Create High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation.

Analyze and implement new 3GPP features across multiple subsystems.

Design, validate, and optimize next-generation 5G network architectures.

Develop and enhance technologies such as:

Carrier Aggregation (CA)

Network Slicing
-
Scheduling Algorithms
-
Troubleshoot and resolve complex gNodeB issues through debugging and log analysis.

Improve software performance, scalability, and reliability.

Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver innovative network solutions.

Define architectural standards, technical guidelines, and best practices.

Support product roadmap decisions by aligning technology with customer and market needs.

Drive innovation by adopting modern programming techniques and software architectures.
Technical Expertise

10+ years of experience in RAN design, optimization, and troubleshooting.

At least 5 years of hands-on experience with 4G LTE and 5G NR technologies.
