Marketing Generalist & Paid Ads Specialist

About the Role
TAASflow is looking for a hands-on Marketing Generalist & Paid Ads Specialist to help manage, optimize, and improve lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who understands performance marketing, can analyze campaign data, improve conversion rates, and help generate better quality leads at a lower cost.
We are preferably looking for someone full-time or close to full-time, with availability to work during EST business hours. Fluent English is important, since this person may join strategy calls, communicate with our internal team, and potentially interact with clients.
Experience with roofing, construction, home services, local service businesses, B2B, SaaS, or recruitment campaigns is not mandatory, but it is a big plus.
The position is currently remote, with the intention of becoming hybrid in Curitiba within the next 6 months. Candidates from other locations may be considered if their experience is highly relevant.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who is strategic, analytical, and hands-on.
You should be able to look at a paid media account, understand what is working, identify what is wasting budget, and recommend practical improvements.
This is not a “set it and forget it” role. We want someone who can actively think through campaign performance, improve campaign structure, optimize funnels, and help us generate better results over time.
The ideal person can:
- Audit a Google Ads or Meta Ads account
- Explain campaign strategy clearly
- Analyze performance data and turn it into action
- Improve lead generation quality and cost per lead
- Work independently while communicating clearly with the team
- Manage multiple campaigns, clients, and priorities at the same time
What You’ll Be Working On
- Managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns
- Managing and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns
- Supporting remarketing campaigns across LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms
- Improving lead generation campaign performance
- Reviewing campaign data and identifying opportunities
- Creating or improving campaign structure
- Helping with keyword strategy, audiences, targeting, and remarketing
- Writing or improving ad copy when needed
- Reviewing landing pages and suggesting CRO improvements
- Structuring acquisition funnels, landing pages, and lead generation campaigns
- Creating briefs for paid media creatives and guiding designers when needed
- Preparing simple performance reports
- Joining occasional strategy calls with the team or clients
- Supporting marketing priorities across multiple clients and internal projects
Required Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads
- Experience with Meta Ads
- Good understanding of lead generation campaigns
- Experience with search campaigns, remarketing, and conversion tracking
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and explain what needs to improve
- Good understanding of funnels, landing pages, and conversion rate optimization
- Ability to write or improve ad copy when needed
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Availability to work during EST business hours
- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly
- Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and priorities

- Experience running paid ads for roofing companies
- Experience with construction, HVAC, remodeling, home services, real estate, or local lead generation
- Experience with the US market
