· BRONZE Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
· BRONZE Minimum 7-8 years of experience in application development using C#, VB.NET, SQL, and related Microsoft technologies.
· BRONZE Experience developing web-based solutions using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, React, Angular or similar technologies
· BRONZE Experience working with scripting tools such as Batch scripting, SQL, or equivalent automation tools.
· BRONZE Experience with .NET web technologies and application development frameworks.
· BRONZE Experience working with scripting and automation tools such as SQL, Batch scripting, or PowerShell
· BRONZE Hands-on experience working within structured SDLC and Agile/DevOps delivery models
· BRONZE Experience using version control systems such as GitHub, working with modern CI/CD and DevOps toolchains (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jira)
· BRONZE Experience working in production support environments with incident and problem management responsibilities using ServiceNOW
· SILVER Experience with CAD/CAM systems such as CATIA V5, Siemens NX, or similar engineering platforms.
· SILVER Experience with with Siemens Teamcenter PLM version 2412 or newer integrations in enterprise production environments
· SILVER Exposure to Java and JavaScript-based development technologies.
· SILVER Ability to design, evaluate, and evolve AWS ‑ based solutions/services/architectures, including cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda, VPC)
· GOLD Practical experience developing & implementing AI-assisted development tools including agents, MCPs, LLMs, RAG, etc (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Copilot Studio, Claude, Cursor, CodeX, Gemini, Kiro, Cortex)
· GOLD Experience with PowerShell and VBA for automation and reporting.
