As a Senior Data Architect, you will have a strategic role in defining and evolving the enterprise data architecture, with a focus on Data Lake and cloud platforms. You will design and sustain scalable, secure, and governed solutions that support use cases of analytics, BI, big data, and generative AI initiatives.

Responsabilidades:
The Data Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing and sustaining scalable data solutions, focusing on the creation, orchestration and continuous evolution of the corporate Data Lake. Will act hands-on, ensuring that the architecture meets business requirements, governance standards and market best practices, promoting data quality, integrity and security.
- Architecture & Deployment: Design and deploy robust, scalable data architectures (BigQuery, Dataflow, Composer, Cloud Storage, Dataplex, and others).
- Data Lake: Lead the creation, orchestration, monitoring and support of the corporate Data Lake, ensuring performance, governance and architectural evolution.
- Data Governance: Define and implement governance processes, including quality, metadata, lineage, and information security.
- Data Modeling: Create and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical models, ensuring consistency and integrity across the entire organization.
- Innovation & Roadmap: Develop the architectural evolution roadmap and conduct proof of concept (POCs) for evaluation of new technologies and approaches in data.
- Collaboration: Work closely with data engineers, business analysts and other stakeholders to ensure solutions meet organizational needs.
- Documentation: Develop clear and accessible documentation on architectural solutions, frameworks and adopted standards.
Mandatory requirements:
- Solid, proven experience working hands-on as a Data Architect or Senior Data Engineer, actively participating in the design and implementation of data solutions in production.
- Practical experience in conducting POCs and implementing end-to-end data solutions, from architectural design to delivery and monitoring in a productive environment.
- Domain of data-driven cloud services, preferably in GCP (BigQuery, Dataflow, Composer, Cloud Storage, Dataplex) and/or AWS environments (e.g., S3, Redshift, Glue, EMR, Athena), with the ability to design scalable, cost-optimized architectures.
- Advanced knowledge in data management, metadata and governance, including quality policymaking, data catalog, linhage, classification of sensitive information and access controls.
- Strong data modeling domain (conceptual, logical and physical), including relational and dimensional models (star schema, snowflake), applied to analytics, BI and big data scenarios.
- Proficiency in advanced SQL and experience with at least one data-driven programming language (e.g. Python) applied to pipeline building, transformations, and integrations.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into efficient data engineering solutions, evaluating architecture, performance, security and cost trade-offs.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills, with ease of interacting with technical and business stakeholders, conducting architectural discussions and advocating solution proposals.
- Analytical profile, with strong ability to solve complex problems, systemic vision and attention to quality and governance details.
- Advanced or fluent English, able to attend meetings, read technical documentation and produce materials in English when needed.
- Full degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related areas, or equivalent experience in technology and data.
Desirable requirements:
Experience with other cloud platforms (AWS, Databricks).
Experience with BI tools and data visualization (e.g. Power BI, Looker).
