Administrative & Financial Analyst
(mid-Level)
LOCATION OF POSITION: CURITIBA- PR ,BRAZIL
The company is currently going through significant improvements and transformations, including ERP implementation (Odoo), warehouse relocation, and leadership changes. Main Responsibilities
- Cash flow management (actual and forecast)
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Invoicing and invoice verification (incoming and outgoing)
- Financial analysis, cost control, and profitability analysis
- Management reporting and support for decision-making
- Coordination with external accounting, banks, and financial providers
- Process improvement and internal controls
- Support during ERP implementation (Odoo) and organizational changes
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative and financial functions
- Strong analytical profile
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- ERP experience (Odoo would be an asset, Totvs, or similar)
- Excellent English (spoken and written). This is mandatory for the role.
- Business-oriented mindset with the ability to coordinate and guide other team members
Preferred Background
- Experience in industrial, importing, manufacturing, or B2B companies
- Experience with industrial cost controls
- Experience leading or coordinating administrative teams
