Uma empresa internacional na área da transformação digital procura um(a) Engagement Manager especializado(a) em OutSystems para liderar iniciativas estratégicas de delivery aplicacional em ambiente enterprise.

Gestão de Delivery & Projetos

Liderar e coordenar projetos OutSystems end-to-end

Garantir a execução eficiente das entregas, alinhadas com objetivos de negócio e timelines

Gerir riscos, dependências, KPIs e reporting executivo

Acompanhar o progresso das equipas e assegurar qualidade no delivery aplicacional
Agile & Gestão Funcional

Atuar de forma hands-on em metodologias Agile (Scrum/Kanban)

Gerir backlog, user stories, sprint planning, refinements e demos
-
Assegurar alinhamento funcional entre negócio e equipas técnicas
-
Validar requisitos e garantir aderência às necessidades do cliente
Stakeholder Management

Gerir relacionamento com stakeholders técnicos e executivos

Coordenar recursos, budget e planeamento de entregas

Conduzir reuniões, demos funcionais e apresentações ao cliente

Promover comunicação clara e alinhamento contínuo entre todas as partes envolvidas

Experiência comprovada em gestão de delivery de projetos OutSystems

Forte experiência em ambientes Agile e gestão de equipas

Capacidade analítica e experiência na ligação entre negócio e tecnologia

Experiência em governance, reporting e acompanhamento de KPIs

Experiência em gestão de stakeholders, budget e planeamento

Excelente comunicação oral e escrita em Inglês (C1+)

Lead and coordinate OutSystems delivery projects end-to-end

Ensure successful execution aligned with business goals, timelines, and quality standards

Manage risks, dependencies, KPIs, governance, and executive reporting

Oversee application delivery progress and ensure continuous alignment with client expectations
Agile & Functional Coordination

Actively manage Agile ceremonies and processes (Scrum/Kanban)
-
Handle backlog management, user stories, sprint planning, refinements, and demos
-
Work closely with business and technical teams to validate requirements and functional alignment
-
Drive continuous communication and collaboration across teams
Stakeholder & Client Management

Manage relationships with technical and executive stakeholders
-
Coordinate budgets, resources, and delivery planning
-
Conduct functional demos, client presentations, and alignment meetings
-
Ensure strong governance and transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle

Proven experience managing and coordinating OutSystems project delivery

Strong hands-on experience with Agile methodologies

Solid business analysis and functional validation skills

Experience with delivery governance, KPIs, risk management, and reporting

Strong stakeholder, budget, and resource management experience

Excellent written and spoken English (C1+)
