Position Overview
The Associate Specialist, Marketing Operations plays a critical role in supporting the execution and governance of marketing processes, ensuring that campaigns, investments, and partner activities are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with company policies.
This role is highly and operational and analytical, focused on budget management, campaign execution follow-up, reporting, and cross-functional coordination across marketing, finance, procurement, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Operations & Execution

Support the end-to-end execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with approved plans and timelines

Track campaign implementation and ensure proper documentation and proof of execution (POE)

Validate that marketing activities comply with internal guidelines and global standards
Budget Management & Financial Control

Monitor and track marketing budget utilization and investment performance

Support financial planning, forecasting, and reporting of marketing activities

Ensure accurate processing of purchase orders, invoices, and payments to vendors

Coordinate with Finance and Procurement teams to maintain financial compliance
Data Analysis & Reporting

Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance tracking tools

Analyze marketing data to measure ROI, campaign effectiveness, and funnel performance

Consolidate data and provide insights to support decision-making
Partner & Stakeholder Coordination

Collaborate with regional marketing teams, global teams, and external partners

Support co-marketing initiatives and ensure correct execution with alliance partners (e.g., Google, Intel, etc.)

Act as a liaison between marketing, finance, procurement, and agencies
Process Improvement & Tools

Support the implementation and optimization of marketing processes and tools

Maintain data integrity across marketing systems (CRM, dashboards, trackers)

Contribute to process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
Required
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or related field

1–3 years of experience in marketing operations, finance, analytics, or similar role

Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data

Advanced Excel / reporting skills

Strong organizational and project management skills
-
Excellent attention to detail and process orientation

Advanced English (written and spoken)
Preferred
- Experience with marketing budget control or co-marketing funds
- Knowledge of CRM and marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketing Automation platforms)
- Experience working with cross-functional and regional/global teams
