We are looking for a Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of robust, scalable software solutions across our projects.
In this role, you'll define technical direction, work hands-on alongside development teams on the most critical parts of the solution, and serve as a go-to reference for engineering best practices. You'll also play a key role in applying AI to the development lifecycle and in supporting client engagements from discovery through technical proposals.
If you thrive at the intersection of architecture, hands-on development, and client-facing work, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities
-
Design application architecture for the area's projects, including distributed services, integrations, APIs, data modeling, and security, documenting decisions and their trade-offs
-
Work alongside the team on the critical parts of the solution, from back-end to interface, setting the technical standard by example
-
Ensure the technical quality of deliverables through code reviews, design patterns, automated testing, performance, and observability
-
Lead modernization and migration efforts, moving legacy applications to modern platforms and the cloud
-
Support teams through technical roadblocks and promote sound engineering practices, acting as a hands-on, day-to-day reference
-
Apply AI throughout the development cycle — code assistants, test generation and automation, documentation, and review support — while measuring the gains achieved
-
Design and build solutions that incorporate generative AI and agents, including integration with model APIs, RAG, and workflow orchestration
-
Evaluate and experiment with AI-assisted engineering tools, bringing proven solutions into the team
-
Factor consumption and cost into AI solutions, right-sizing model usage and infrastructure
-
Take part in discoveries and assessments with clients, understanding their challenges and contributing to solution design and effort estimation
-
Build proofs of concept and demo environments that provide technical backing for commercial conversations
-
Support the technical portions of proposals and RFPs, including reference architecture, implementation approach, assumptions, and risks
-
Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to audiences ranging from engineering teams to client management
Requirements
-
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
-
Solid software development experience — 6+ years — including work on mission-critical systems
-
Established experience in solution architecture — 2+ years — with your own architectural decisions already delivered to production
-
Full stack expertise: strong back-end skills in the Java and Spring ecosystem, with microservices and REST APIs, combined with real front-end experience using a modern framework such as React or Angular
-
Practical use of AI in the development cycle, including code assistants and agents, plus a genuine interest in designing solutions with generative AI
-
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containers such as Docker and Kubernetes or OpenShift
-
Knowledge of application security: authentication, authorization, SSO, and protocols such as OAuth2 and OpenID Connect
-
Strong written and verbal communication, with the confidence to present solutions and defend technical decisions
-
Intermediate to advanced English for technical reading and interaction with regional and global leadership
Nice to have
-
Experience leading legacy modernization and cloud migration initiatives at scale
-
Hands-on experience building generative AI solutions with RAG and agent orchestration in production
