Required Experience:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field is required. Candidates with degrees in other disciplines may also be considered, provided they demonstrate substantial professional experience in Full Stack software development using Java and Angular within complex enterprise environments.
A strong foundation in software engineering principles, object-oriented programming, system design, scalable architectures, and modern application development practices is expected.
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience developing enterprise-grade, business-critical applications in technology companies, IT consulting firms, financial institutions, fintech companies, banks, brokerage firms, or other highly regulated industries. Experience with high transaction volumes, complex system integrations, scalability requirements, and modern software engineering practices is highly desirable.
Previous experience in Wealth Management, Asset Management, Capital Markets, Banking, or Financial Services will be considered a significant advantage.

- Experience in the financial services industry.
- Knowledge of Wealth Management and Asset Management business processes.
- Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Experience with event-driven architectures.
- Knowledge of OpenShift.
- Experience with application monitoring and observability tools.
- Understanding of application security best practices.
- Experience supporting modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
- Prior experience working directly with U.S.-based clients.
- Experience mentoring developers or providing technical leadership.
Main Activities and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise-grade Full Stack applications using Java and Angular.
- Develop scalable and reliable solutions for business-critical systems and high-volume transaction environments.
- Design and integrate APIs, enterprise systems, databases, and messaging platforms.
- Contribute to application modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and observability.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders, including U.S.-based clients and teams.
- Participate in architecture decisions, code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other developers.
