Responsibilities

Design high-performance big-data applications using Scala, Databricks, Spark SQL, Spark Streaming, and Python

Build and optimize cloud-native data pipelines on Azure, including ingestion, transformation, and orchestration
-
Lead AI-assisted engineering practices, including Vibe Coding and other generative-AI accelerators
-
Architect event-driven and distributed systems using modern design patterns for reliability and scalability
-
Develop full-stack applications with modern JavaScript frameworks and backend services
-
Implement robust APIs and microservices that integrate MarTech systems with client-facing platforms
-
Collaborate with product, marketing, and data teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
-
Improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows for data and application services
-
Align stakeholders on scope, milestones, and technical decisions across data and application layers
Requirements
-
5+ years of experience building big-data applications with Scala, Databricks, and Python
-
5+ years of experience designing and optimizing data pipelines on Azure
-
Proven technical leadership experience guiding engineers in cross-functional delivery
-
Strong project delivery skills driving solutions from requirements to production

Advanced system design skills with event-driven and distributed architecture patterns
-
Strong communication skills translating technical tradeoffs into business impact

Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2)

AI-augmented development experience with Vibe Coding or comparable frameworks

Full-stack engineering experience with modern frontend frameworks and backend services
-
API design skills with RESTful and GraphQL interfaces

CI/CD pipeline experience supporting automated deployments
