As a UX Engineer at Wizlo, you will sit at the intersection of frontend engineering, user experience, accessibility, and product thinking. You will be responsible for designing and building user interfaces that make complex workflows easier to understand, navigate, and complete.
We are looking for a product-focused engineer who combines strong frontend development skills with exceptional user experience instincts. This role will help shape how users interact with our platform across web, mobile, and emerging AI-driven discovery channels.
A key part of this role will be working closely with Wizlo’s internal team to rapidly create fully functional prototypes that bring product ideas, workflows, and user experiences to life. These prototypes should be practical, interactive, and usable enough to validate concepts, gather feedback, and guide product decisions. Once validated, you will help adapt and integrate these prototypes into Wizlo’s existing codebase with a clean, scalable, and maintainable frontend implementation.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys moving quickly from concept to working product. You should be comfortable collaborating with stakeholders, building functional prototypes, iterating based on feedback, and then translating successful prototypes into production-ready software.
This is a nearshore role. We are only considering candidates based in South America, Central America, the United States, or Canada. Candidates must be able to work naturally and consistently during U.S. business hours, with strong availability during U.S. West Coast hours.
Strong spoken English skills are required. This role involves close collaboration with Wizlo’s internal team, including product, engineering, design, and business stakeholders, so candidates must be comfortable communicating clearly in English during meetings, reviews, feedback sessions, and day-to-day collaboration.
