Amazon.com.br is looking for a smart and driven Program Manager to join our Integrated Business Planning team. The Program Manager will be responsible for improvements in Vendor Experience on inbound processes, improving interactions with Amazon systems and launching important projects to improve vendors delivery performance and reduce inbound defects. The Program Manager will also be responsible for outsourcing activities to shared service centers, improving business efficiency and automating repetitive tasks. Key job responsibilities
- Improving overall Vendor Performance in key metrics for Brazil marketplace;
- Adopt Tech tools and scalable process to improve inbound efficiency;
- Reduce inbound defects on Vendor Delivery;
- Benchmark other Amazon marketplaces for new systems and tools;
- Outsourcing activities to shared service centers;
- Design and enforce the governance framework, including Flash Reports, Monthly Business Reviews (MBR), and standardized role and responsabilities (RACI) matrix with cross-team accountability
- Develop analysis of key business metrics, with emphasis on developing and executing recommendations for improvements;
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience in advanced data analysis using Excel, Python, or SQL
- Experience implementing process improvements
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, or vendor management
- Experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of general AI tools
- MBA, or Master's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field
- Experience in e-commerce, retail or advertising
- Experience with reporting and Data Visualization tools such as Quick Sight / Tableau / Power BI or other BI packages
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and process improvement methodologies
