Provide support to the Commercial Team, keeping them updated on the status of their deliveries.
Provide customer service to the company’s clients and distributors.
Ensure the OTIF (On Time In Full) targets established for VIP customers.
Follow up with suppliers regarding reimbursements/compensations.
Request the return of cylinders from customers, managing the reverse logistics process.
Your profile :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a Technical Degree in Logistics.
Knowledge of the JD Edwards system.
Basic knowledge in the Tax/Fiscal area.
Experience in after-sales customer service.
Sales Analysis Reporting.
Excel skills (creation of charts and pivot tables).
