As we rapidly scale and expand into new growth areas, we are looking for a dedicated Data professional to support our Operations team. A key focus of this role will be unlocking actionable insights for our most critical automation asset: Joy, our AI-driven chatbot, and support the Ops team with smart logistics analyses. You will play a pivotal role in building our data foundation from the ground up, transforming bottlenecks into scalable solutions.
Build from the ground up: Design and implement the core data structures and analytical foundations for our Brazil Operations.
Drive strategic decision-making: Generate insights that influence Product, Operations, and Commercial priorities.
Unlock patient insights: Analyse patient interactions to better understand sentiment and improve the customer experience.
Identify growth opportunities: Surface cross-sell opportunities and operational improvements through data.
Raise the analytical bar: Develop frameworks that improve data quality and strengthen experimentation across the business.
Create lasting impact: Join at an early stage where your work will define how analytics supports one of our most strategic markets.
The ideal profile:
3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Data Engineer, specifically supporting Operations or Product-led teams.
Advanced SQL skills and have experience building robust data models within modern BI stacks like Looker or dbt.
Ability to look at data through the lens of efficiency, immediately identifying where time or resources are being wasted.
Can explain both technical performance and its broader commercial impact to executive leadership.
Take full ownership of projects, from raw data ingestion to final strategic recommendation.
