Data Analyst at BairesDev
In this role, you'll use data to help the business meet its objectives, developing BI dashboards, generating hypotheses, and validating them with data to produce actionable insights. Working within a well-recognized Analytics team responsible for managing Data Warehouse pipelines, you'll contribute to both operational and strategic decisions that shape the future of the company. What You'll Do:
- Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques, providing ongoing reports and dashboards.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends and patterns in complex datasets.
- Collaborate with managers to build data products that support decision-making.
- Generate hypotheses and set up tests to validate them using data.
- Identify and propose process improvement opportunities across the business.
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, BI, statistics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL with solid hands-on experience across any SQL database.
- Extensive experience with data visualization and storytelling with data.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
Nice to have:
- Experience with sales and HR analytics.
- 1+ year of experience with Python, R, or another programming language.
- Experience with Databricks.
