The Role
We are looking for an Operations Generalist to work closely with leadership and help coordinate day-to-day operations across live productions, logistics, communication, and internal processes.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, managing multiple priorities, and helping a growing company scale efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate live productions, schedules, logistics, and operational timelines
- Support communication between internal teams and external partners
- Identify operational issues proactively and help implement solutions
- Maintain organization across projects and deadlines
- Assist leadership with operational execution and process improvement
Requirements
- Professional-level English
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
- Previous experience in operations, project coordination, e-commerce, social media, or live commerce is a plus
