Lead the Delivery function team, reducing operational friction on senior leadership while increasing execution capacity for complex and strategic projects;
Structure and scale the delivery operation across SMB and Enterprise segments, ensuring consistency, predictability, and high-quality execution;
Lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary delivery teams, fostering a strong leadership bench and scalable team structure;
Own end-to-end project execution, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and with high standards of quality and customer satisfaction;
Design and implement delivery processes, methodologies, and playbooks to standardize and optimize operations;
Act directly on high-impact and complex projects, ensuring successful outcomes in critical scenarios;
Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, and performance tracking to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement;
Manage and influence internal and external stakeholders, including C-level interactions when needed
Drive strong alignment across Sales, Services, Support, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless customer journey;
Anticipate risks and proactively address challenges across the full delivery lifecycle;
Strong experience in Service Delivery or Services Management roles within technology companies;
Proven track record managing complex projects, ideally in enterprise, cybersecurity, or infrastructure environments;
Experience leading and scaling multidisciplinary teams in growing environments;
Solid project management expertise, including both traditional and agile methodologies;
Experience working in global or multi-region environments, ideally building or transforming delivery organizations;
Ability to operate effectively in high-growth, high-pressure environments with strong execution discipline;
Experience in developing leaders and growing team capabilities
