What's the role about?
As a Sr. Talent Acquisition Analyst, you'll play a key role in helping Devlane connect exceptional technology talent across Latin America with innovative companies in the United States. You'll partner with hiring managers, clients, and candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, driving hiring strategies and delivering an outstanding candidate experience from initial outreach to offer acceptance.
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings strong expertise in full-cycle IT recruitment, candidate assessment, stakeholder management, and offer negotiation.
What do we require from you?
Minimum 5 years of experience recruiting mid and senior-level technology professionals and engineering talent.
Proven track record managing end-to-end recruitment processes in competitive markets.
Experience sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates using structured methodologies such as STAR.
Strong negotiation and offer management skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with both candidates and hiring stakeholders.
Experience working with ATS platforms, recruitment tools, assessment platforms, and recruitment metrics.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively within established processes.
Advanced or bilingual English proficiency.
Experience partnering directly with clients, gathering hiring requirements, and providing recruitment guidance.
Experience recruiting talent across Latin America for U.S.-based clients.
