Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for clinical roles, including intake meetings with hiring managers, sourcing strategy definition, talent mapping, screening, competency‑based interviewing, candidate management, and offer coordination to ensure an excellent candidate experience.
Develop effective job postings and execute targeted sourcing across multiple channels, leveraging Boolean search, social platforms, professional networks, and internal databases.
Build and maintain strong external pipelines by participating in early‑talent initiatives, such as career fairs, university events, and partnerships with academic institutions.
Contribute to talent branding efforts, supporting content creation and social media strategies to enhance visibility and engagement with clinical talent.
Act as a TA advisor to hiring managers, providing insights on talent market trends, availability, compensation benchmarking, competitive intelligence, and best practices in interviewing and selection.
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with global and local hiring policies, ATS requirements, and DE&I guidelines.
Partner with HR and Compensation teams to support salary recommendations, internal equity considerations, and smooth offer processes.
Awareness of market trends, with the ability to translate insights into recruitment strategies.
Bachelor’s degree.
At least 2 years of job experience in a Talent Acquisition/HR function, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Mandatory.
Spanish oral skills will be highly valued (not mandatory).
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools (Workday or similar ATS are a plus).
High attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong problem‑solving skills.
Strong customer‑service mindset and ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and cross‑functional teams.
High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
Good understanding of local employment legislation and compliance throughout the hiring process.
