Your missions :
- Conduct technical visits for the PEC business unit to livestock producers in the assigned region, following company guidelines.
- Identify sales potential within the region and communicate findings to management.
- Support distributor sales teams in the region, helping to increase sell-out performance.
- Provide technical and commercial training to customer teams, counter sales staff, and Ceva Sales Representatives (RCs), ensuring quality service and proper product commercialization.
- Develop campaigns together with distributors.
- Plan weekly and monthly visit schedules and activities.
- Provide customer support services that may generate sales opportunities.
- Visit key partners and points of sale in the region, promoting the company’s PEC portfolio.
- Maintain strong commercial relationships with customers.
- Coordinate activities together with the Technical Manager and Regional Manager or Sales Coordinator.
- Prepare visit reports to monitor and follow up on activities performed.
Your profile :
- Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine or Animal Science
- Knowledge of presentation and sales techniques
- Previous commercial experience in the large animal segment
- Experience organizing events and promotional campaigns
