THE TEAM:
You’ll be joining our Information Technology Team, a strategic function that enables innovation, operational excellence, and exceptional guest experiences across the property.
Working closely with property leadership and global corporate IT, this team plays a critical role in driving digital transformation, maintaining world-class cybersecurity standards, and ensuring seamless technology integration across all hotel operations.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE:
- Lead the strategic execution of corporate IT initiatives at the property level, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand standards.
- Partner with hotel leadership, corporate IT, and cross-functional teams to implement innovative technology solutions that elevate both operations and guest experiences.
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology implementation plans, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with maximum business impact.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, leveraging cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), automation, and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and competitiveness.
- Ensure the highest standards of cybersecurity and compliance, maintaining adherence to global policies, privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), and best practices.
- Oversee all technology systems, including PMS and guest-facing platforms, optimizing performance and enabling personalized guest experiences through data insights.
- Act as a key influencer within the organization, fostering alignment and engagement across departments to support technology adoption and change management.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team, building capabilities and encouraging a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
- Manage complex technology projects and external vendors, ensuring successful delivery and strong partnerships.
- Implement training programs and maintain documentation to support technology literacy, operational continuity, and compliance across the property.
COULD THIS BE YOU?
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- You bring 10+ years of progressive IT experience, including at least 5 years in leadership roles, ideally within the luxury hospitality industry.
- You have proven experience managing complex technology environments and leading digital transformation initiatives.
- You possess deep expertise in cloud platforms, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and system integration.
- You are a strategic thinker with strong business acumen, capable of translating corporate strategies into practical, high-impact solutions.
- You are an influential communicator, able to engage stakeholders at all levels and drive organizational alignment.
- You are highly organized and results-driven, with strong project management and vendor management capabilities.
- You have a strong understanding of hospitality operations and are passionate about enhancing guest experiences through technology.
- You thrive in dynamic environments, demonstrating adaptability, leadership, and a proactive mindset.
