Directly contribute to the company’s operational efficiency and sustainability through effective supply chain management.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid role, with availability for weekly travel to production plants and supplier visits.
My Role:
- Coordinate and supervise all activities related to raw material procurement.

Define sourcing strategies for assigned categories, evaluating local, regional, and global opportunities.

Lead and guide the purchasing and procurement team. Align procurement needs with the company’s financial planning.

Conduct cost analysis, benchmarking, and evaluate potential future scenarios.

Identify, assess, and manage supply chain and sourcing risks.

Demonstrate strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

Understand the importance of delegating tasks effectively.

Motivate and engage team members.

Recognize the unique skills and competencies of each team member and leverage them strategically.

Interact with global purchasing and procurement teams.

- Bachelor’s degree required.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience as a Purchasing/Procurement Coordinator or Supervisor.
