About the role:
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Data Collector / Mobile Photographer (student or freelancer) based in Brazil — preferably in Brasilia or São Paulo — to help us gather real-world data for an exciting AI/Machine Learning project.
This is not a boring desk job. You don’t need any tech background or coding skills. Your main task will be visiting local grocery stores and supermarkets to take high-quality photos and videos of specific product brands on the shelves.
Responsibilities:
- Visit designated supermarkets/stores.
- Follow simple, clear instructions on how to photograph and video product shelves and price tags.
- Upload all captured photos and videos to Google Drive or Dropbox on time.
- Stay in touch with our Computer Vision engineering team via Telegram/WhatsApp to get quick feedback.
Requirements:
- A smartphone with a high-quality camera (iPhone 12/newer or a similar Android device).
- Good conversational English (you need to easily communicate with our team in chat).
- Reliable internet connection for uploading large batches of photos/videos.
- Flexibility and speed: ability to quickly fix things if the team asks to re-take a photo from a different angle.
- Highly responsible and able to follow precise instructions.

Pay: R$4,000.00 - R$5,000.00 per month
