The Copywriting Assistant is responsible for creating and managing written content for our clients’ accounts, focusing on brand awareness, community building, and revenue generation. This role combines social media-style content creation with direct-response copywriting, supporting daily posts, captions, fan engagement, and paid content promotions. The Copywriting Assistant works closely with internal teams to execute persuasive campaigns, maintain a consistent brand voice, and optimize content performance across the platform.
What you will do:
- Write engaging posts and captions aligned with each client’s brand voice and positioning
- Organize and manage the content calendar for our accounts
- Publish daily posts and scheduled content on the platform
- Engage with fans in comments to strengthen community and loyalty
- Plan and execute persuasive campaign launches and content drops
- Write and schedule sales-focused mass DMs to promote paid content
- Support content monetization strategies to increase conversion and revenue
- Align copy with ongoing promotions, launches, and page strategies
- Track performance indicators and adapt copy based on results and feedback
Requirements:
- Strong copywriting and written communication skills
- Ability to write persuasive, engaging, and sales-driven content
- Experience with social media, content calendars, or digital platforms
- Understanding of community building and fan engagement strategies
- High level of agility and adaptability in fast-paced, performance-driven environments
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously
- Comfortable working with adult content and creator economy platforms
- Fluent English
