Job Opening: Business Development & Lead Generation Specialist
On-Site – São Paulo, Brazil
Hyperion Global is looking for a motivated, organized, and proactive individual to join our growing team and support business development initiatives across recycling, donation programs, asset recovery, waste management, and sustainability projects.
This role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with companies and organizations, researching potential buyers and donation recipients, and supporting the growth of new business initiatives in Brazil and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Research and prospect potential clients, partners, and suppliers.
- Identify companies with surplus inventory, obsolete products, recyclable materials, and donation opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential buyers for recovered, surplus, and resale materials.
- Research and connect with nonprofit organizations and donation recipients.
- Conduct outreach through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Maintain and update CRM records.
- Support the sales team with proposals, project development, and market research.
- Track opportunities and provide regular activity reports.
- Assist with the coordination of ongoing projects and partnerships.
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to conduct research and identify new opportunities.
- Comfortable working with Excel, Google Sheets, CRM systems, and other business tools.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Previous experience in sales, lead generation, business development, customer service, or account management is preferred.
- English proficiency is preferred and will be considered a strong advantage.
- Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: R$ 4,000 per month
