We are seeking a highly senior UiPath Developer to lead new automation initiatives and contribute to framework evolution. This role is forward-focused and involves designing modular, plug-and-play automation components for scalable enterprise solutions.
The environment includes a recently migrated cloud architecture and emerging AI-driven automation initiatives (Agentic AI, intelligent workflows, data automation).
- Design and develop new automation modules (net-new development)
- Contribute to or enhance internal RPA frameworks
- Define coding standards and architectural patterns
- Build modular, reusable automation components (plug-and-play design)
- Work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Ensure automation scalability across multiple business use cases (80+ variations)
- Integrate automation with cloud and AI-driven solutions
- 7+ years of RPA experience
- Advanced hands-on expertise with UiPath
- Strong understanding of automation architecture and framework design
- Experience building internal frameworks from scratch
- Strong knowledge of Orchestrator, Advanced selectors, Exception handling, Scalable bot architecture
- Experience in cloud-based environments
- Strong autonomy and strategic thinking
- Strong documentation skills
- UiPath Certification
- Fluent English
- Experience in Finance industry
- Exposure to Agentic AI / Intelligent Automation
- Knowledge of Automation Insights, Maestro
- Experience with data automation and workflow orchestration
