We are seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer who will take ownership of data modeling, managing large data volumes, integrating with external systems, building complex business logic, diagnosing and resolving issues, and enhancing performance and scalability.
Responsibilities

Demonstrate deep command of the Salesforce platform, with a strong focus on data modeling to support intricate business needs

Collaborate closely with a group of 6 to 10 team members and coordinate with external vendors to advance the Salesforce platform within the telecommunications industry

Participate in recurring meetings with client managers and the development team to review project requirements, communicate progress, and agree on upcoming actions

Use strong communication abilities to articulate ideas clearly and partner effectively in pursuit of common goals

Juggle several tasks at once and adjust quickly to changes in a fast-moving work setting

Perform technical investigations, examine the results, and recommend optimized solutions aligned with business priorities

Develop new features and improvements from scratch, guided by direction from analysts and product owners

Offer continuous support, roll out enhancements, and refactor and fine-tune existing functionality during the maintenance stage
Requirements

A minimum of 5 years of professional, hands-on experience in software development

At least one year of experience leading and managing development teams

Substantial practical command of the Salesforce platform for delivering enterprise-level business solutions

Strong background in Salesforce Development, including the creation of custom applications and components

Skilled use of Salesforce Apex for building advanced server-side business logic

Working knowledge of Salesforce Automation Processes for optimizing business workflows

Demonstrated experience in Salesforce Integration, including linking Salesforce with external systems and third-party services

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (B2+ level or above)

Practical experience with Salesforce CPQ for handling product configuration, pricing, and quoting in complex sales situations
