About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineering leader with a strong background in defining and driving quality strategies across complex technology environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading QA/QE teams, establishing testing best practices, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and resilient software solutions.
Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Quality Engineering / Testing, with proven experience leading QE teams.
- Strong expertise in: ○ Functional testing (manual and automated) ○ Non-functional testing (performance, scalability, security, resilience).
- Experience designing and implementing test automation frameworks and integrating them into CI/CD pipelines.
- Demonstrated experience with GenAI-enabled testing tools or AI-assisted test design/execution.
- Exposure to agentic testing approaches (autonomous or semi-autonomous test execution, self-healing scripts, or intelligent test orchestration).
- Strong understanding of modern software delivery practices (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD).
- Experience working within or supporting financial services or regulated domains.
- Ability to translate complex requirements into structured test strategies and execution plans.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technical audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
